J.L. Partners polled a nationally representative sample of 1,000 likely voters.

Fieldwork dates of 26th – 29th October 2024.

Sample collected using mixed methods

  • Live landline call for 150 responses (15%)

  • Live cell call for 400 responses (40%)

  • Text-to-web for 200 responses (20%)

  • Online panel for 250 responses (25%)

Data was quota’d and weighted to the following variables: gender, age, education, party identification, ethnicity, region, 2020 presidential vote, density, and participation in previous general elections.

Quota and weighting targets are derived from US Census Data and a national voter file appended with consumer data to accurately reflect the demographics of likely general election voters.

Respondents contacted via live call or text were selected from a stratified random sample of likely voters from a national voter file; online panel respondents were contacted via a marketplace of online panels.

5-minute duration

Margin of error: 3.1%. In addition to this margin of sampling error, polls are subject to a range of non-sampling errors, such as coverage error and nonresponse error.
